Job Summary
Conduct Mis-shipment analysis, High Dollar investigations, and cycle count discrepancy research by performing the following duties.
Primary Duties
- High Dollar Adjustment investigations using SAP methods (Absolute$ and Total Inventory $)
- Mis-ship Claim analysis and investigations to determine root cause
- Cycle count (Assign and clear cycle counts using documented SAP methods)
- Assign other inventory control counting methods
- E&O Create TO’s and communicate with desired department
- Floor Stock Adjustments and Schrott
- Inventory adjustment request
- DSF Board Metrics updating and maintaining on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Key Accountabilities:
- Update and Maintain all metric spreadsheets.
- Assign cycle counts and recounts to insure SOX compliance
- Communicate with Other departments for Adjustment investigations.
- Maintain and Clear Schrott on a daily basis.
- Track and publish all department metrics for accuracy and productivity.
- Order and maintain all departmental supplies
- Support other clerical functions as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be computer literate and having working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Must have a positive OSM Score
- Must have a passing score on the Excel Clerical test.
- Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 45 pounds.
- Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
