Packager - Day Shift

Dorman Products, a global $1B automotive aftermarket supplier, is looking for a Packager to join our growing team in our VA Beach location (Powertrain Industries) on our day shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm.

What you'll be doing: 

• Inspect and prepare completed parts
• Package parts according to BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Lifting and setting parts/completed product (up to 70lbs) in designated area to be taken to shipping.
• Follow work instructions and use existing procedures and basic problem-solving techniques to define or resolve routine problems

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to or learn to operate small hand tools
• Ability to read work orders and instructions given to perform effectively
• Ability to properly lift, pack, stack and wrap up 50 pounds on a regular basis
