When it comes to some of the most unique roles we’ve worked on, this one must be Top 5! We’re on the hunt for an individual that has strong manufacturing experience, loves to literally get their hands dirty and oozes troubleshooting!

Basically, we’re looking for a Mechanical Designer, with the desire to take on any challenge that comes their way. Does troubleshooting and technical problem solving come as second nature to you? Do you like taking things apart and putting them back together? Are you ready to jump in and get your hands dirty at the drop of a hat? If so, please read on.

We are a manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience in their niche field, is looking for a Mechanical Designer to join their close-knit and loyal team of 15-20 people. This unique role values skillset over education and provides the opportunity to work closely with the Owner, who is looking to share his many years of experience. You’ll lead and oversee a wide array of responsibilities ranging from relationship building with clients and customers, to new product design, to tooling, to machine design and build, to installing/repairing machinery, to acting as the technical expert…don’t worry about the last part… if you have the DNA noted above, we’re confident you can pick it up. The ideal candidate for this role must be willing to learn and take on every task that comes their way while ensuring clients and employees are happy and well taken care of. This is clearly not a desk job and we’re confident each day won’t be the same!
