Order Flow Coordinator

General Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for daily controlling and prioritizing of the customer sales order flow to the warehouse operations.  You will work with warehouse personnel, walk in customers, and various other administrative personnel to coordinate and prioritize workload by individuals, teams, and volume.  The role requires professionalism, decision making, leadership, attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiently while operating within a fast paced and dynamic environment. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Sorting pick documents; laying out of orders; answering and making calls to customer service regarding items or orders; prioritizing orders to accommodate shipping; communicating with traffic personnel; assisting customers with their pickups; making labels; marking paperwork for order processing; assisting with bill of ladings; working closely with supervision to notify of potential problem areas or concerns.
• You are required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment including shoes with steel tips and metatarsal guards.
• Must be familiar with the use of computers and/or willing to learn how to operate various computer systems (MacPac, SAP)
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
