Job Summary:

Perform audits, physically count product locations, updates system data as required, resolves and reports issues

Primary Duties (5-7 Key responsibilities)
  • Research, resolve, report, and root cause inventory discrepancies. Drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare and comprehend system reports
  • Perform regular cycle counts for ABC inventory items
  • Research and resolve ‘Can’t Finds’ for kitted workorders and/or sales orders
  • Perform ‘Put Back’s’, returning inventory to stock as needed (canceled workorders, etc.)
  • Optimize inventory locations (restock primary locations, adjust locations as quantities changes, etc.)
  • Lead other contributors assisting in Inventory Control tasks
  • Publish weekly and monthly inventory metrics
  • Use of laptop and/or handheld devices (tablets, etc.)
  • Operate motorized industrial equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.)
  • Participate in department meetings and projects
  • Maintain neat, clean, and well-organized work area
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to pass the motorized industrial equipment test and obtain license
  • Ability & willingness to be trained to proficiency in various computer systems (CSI, DSP, SAP, etc.)
  • Proficient in various Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
  • Previous inventory control experience is highly desired
  • Ability to adapt, accepts, and promotes changes encouraging a team environment to achieve business goals
  • Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; bend; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to reach, push, pull and lift with hands and arms. 

Education or experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. College preferred.
