Warranty & Returns

Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we are looking for a self-motivated member of our Warranty & Returns department. This role will help to continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

• Responsible for processing returns and warranty items by receiving incoming packages from customers and determining the appropriate next steps for processing their claims
• Determine whether returned products are able to be restocked by verifying that all needed components are present
• Responsible for repackaging returned products prior to restocking
• Cross train in roles/responsibilities to enable the department to provide excellent customer care
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will be driven, detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, problem solve and be a self-starter. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.

Education / Experience

Experience in reading blue prints, measurement tools, and computer skills are required. Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
