Talent Management Admin

Our Talent Management group provides an array of HR services and consultation in the areas of talent acquisition and hiring, onboarding and integration, training and professional development and performance management for Dorman’s business leaders and teams charged with this mission.

The Talent Management Admin is a hybrid role that performs a variety of duties to support the Talent Management team and Dorman business leaders at varying levels. The priority for this role will be to support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and scheduling. In addition, this role will support Dorman’s Performance Management, Succession, Compliance and Talent Development programs.



Talent Acquisition and Hiring

  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Input, update, run reports and maintain data in recruiting database as needed
  • Books Travel for Interviews as needed


Training and Professional Development

  • Assist with instructor-led training session set-up including catering or refreshment orders, conference room scheduling, and arrangements
  • Run reports as needed
  • Provide admin support for talent programs
  • Coordinates Employee Resource Group Initiatives
  • Assigns Compliance Training and run reports as needed
  • Process tuition reimbursements


Performance Management

  • Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to complete goal setting and annual performance reviews in SuccessFactors
  • Support the Talent Review and succession planning process/run reports as needed


Education, Experience and Skills:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Preferred one year working experience
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Preferred experience with SuccessFactors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open for a challenge in a genuinely fast-paced environment.
