Provides ongoing, foundational support to product team members through the coordination of samples, try-ons and material management.  Must be highly organized and show ability to drive results through prioritization of competing deadlines often within tight timeframes.



  • Coordinator Sample Process
    • Order OE, Competitor and internal samples
    • Organize and manage all sample inventories: OE, Competitor, Internal, and First Article Inspection (FAI)
    • Ensure samples are available when requested
    • Oversee logistics and ship sample products on behalf of the team, domestically and internationally
    • Provide timely updates to the appropriate person when parts are shipped and/or received
    • Fill out all required Logistics Forms in accordance with the Logistics Process Flow
    • Manage the team sample budget at the category level looking for opportunities to reduce sample spend without putting project completion at risk
    • Manage all aspects of the try-on process including identification and coordination with those within the team and/or external groups as required
  • Office Coordination
    • Order and organize office supplies for the team
    • Maintain Product Displays to ensure they represent current products
    • Oversee team area, keeping it organized and in order
    • Manage team owned vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned
