1st Shift-Process Control Analyst

Are you looking to join a stable company? One that values its contributors and is growing? Well, no look no further! Dorman Products is hiring a Process Control Analyst at our Colmar, PA location. This is a first shift-Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) role. In this role the Process Control Analyst documents procedures and perform process audits. Additionally, the ideal candidate will perform root cause analysis on process and audit failures while monitoring corrective and preventative action tasks.


What you will do:

  • Compile standard operating procedure instructions

  • Identify process weaknesses and control methods

  • Perform a variety of process/procedural audits

  • Analyze process failures and recommend corrective actions

  • Coordinate and conduct contributor SOP training

  • Participate in Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Kaizen events

  • Other duties as assigned


Who you are:

  • You have a HS diploma or equivalent

  • You can use Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) proficiently; familiarity with Access is a plus

  • You can accurately type (keyboard)

  • You have excellent English speaking, reading and writing communication skills

  • You are not only proficient in analyzing, problem solving, and making decisions to identify and develop solutions to problems but you enjoy it!

  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive

  • You are proficient in time management, planning, and forward thinking

  • You know how to work with a team to achieve results

  • Physical Requirement: Minimal lifting required
