This position will be responsible for enhancing transportation strategies and processes to support company distribution centers and customer needs.  This will be achieved by improving departmental KPIs, streamlining internal processes and working with transportation partners.  This position will also be heavily involved in testing and training in SAP to insure a smooth implementation and long term success.  

Primary Duties:

  • Analyze and interpret data to recommend and develop actionable Logistics strategies.
  • Assist in development of Logistics visualization dashboards which will improve the overall end to end supply chain and provide detailed information to end users.
  • Analyze, maintain, run and distribute Logistics reports, sanitizing and improving the data quality as required.
  • Recommend methods to improve the data collection and data integrity processes.
  • Lead and or support the development of Logistics and Trade Partner (freight forwarder, drayage, ocean freight, freight payment) dashboards, leveraging Trade Partner capabilities as required.
  • Execute assigned Logistics projects, with guidance from Manager, driven from the reporting in support of improving overall Logistics performance.  Examples include route guide management, flow path and transit time improvements.



  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Must be a data driven decision maker.
  • Understanding of Logistics capabilities, with a focus on the international Logistics supply chain.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Excel Skills necessary.
  • High Proficiency within ERP and data analyzation visualization software.  Power BI, SAP ECC and Qlik/Tableau a plus.
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well within a team environment.
  • Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.


Education And / Or Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with concentration in one or more of the following disciplines: Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Business.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a business professional or military office
