Job Summary

The IT Business Process & Change Manager is responsible for leading the management of IT change requests, building and optimizing IT business processes, and supporting the Sr. Director of Business Engagement in driving successful delivery of technology solutions. This role ensures business requests are translated into actionable IT work, provides visibility through reporting and metrics, and drives accountability across teams for timely and quality delivery. Additionally, the role facilitates daily scrum meetings, oversees change request governance, and champions continuous improvement in IT engagement and delivery practices.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be onsite in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) at least two days per week, and additional days as needed.

Primary Duties

  • Oversee intake, prioritization, and lifecycle management of IT change requests.
  • Drive accountability for delivery by coordinating with IT teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings to align priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure progress.
  • Report regularly on change request metrics, including backlog, throughput, cycle times, and delivery performance.
  • Partner with IT leadership to ensure alignment of change requests with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve IT business processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Document process workflows, governance models, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline engagement between IT and business partners.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with IT strategy and enterprise goals.
  • Support the Sr. Director, Business Engagement, in managing stakeholder relationships and aligning IT initiatives with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business partners to clarify requirements and ensure understanding of priorities.
  • Provide transparency into IT delivery commitments through dashboards, reports, and regular updates.
  • Establish and maintain reporting on change request performance, business process adoption, and IT delivery KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and alignment with enterprise PMO practices.
  • Prepare executive-level updates highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
     

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT process management, business analysis, or IT project/change management.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies (scrum, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing business processes.
  • Strong background in reporting, metrics, and performance management. #LI-EK1
