Job Summary

Join our dynamic FP&A team and get real-world experience shaping financial decisions. As an FP&A intern, you will collaborate across departments, providing insights and supporting decision-making processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with senior leaders on key projects while sharpening your financial analysis skills

 

This is a hybrid role in our corporate location in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA), work from home 3 days a week. 

Primary Duties

  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports using advanced tools like Excel, Hyperion, and ERP systems
  • Participate in financial forecasting, budget variance analysis, and reporting processes, providing actionable insights
  • Support Finance leadership in developing financial models, profitability analyses, and long-term strategic planning
  • Contribute to profitability initiatives and process improvements across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis for business cases, capital investments, and product strategies
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, gaining visibility with senior management. Communicate effectively with business leaders regarding assigned project details

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex financial concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for problem-solving and driving efficiencies

Education / Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Rising Seniors only
