Customer Experience Analyst- Supply Chain

Dorman Products, a $1B global supplier of aftermarket automotive parts, is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in Colmar, PA! If you have a passion ensuring customers have a voice and want to grow your career in Supply Chain, this is the role for you! The Customer Experience Analyst is a critical member of our Supply Chain team! In this role the ideal candidate will drive supply chain performance improvements from Dorman through to our customer’s customer.

 

In this role you are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Act as primary liaison between Customer replenishment organization, Dorman Supply Chain and Sales to drive improvements in performance as measured by customer
  • Lead development and maturation of monthly CPFR process (Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment) for assigned customers to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and deliver value
  • Drive set up process for new product in customer and Dorman systems to ensure flow of replenishment to drive incremental revenue
  • Drive performance improvements through use of data and analytics
  • Build and enhance customer relationships
  • Identify gaps in service levels to limit potential fine or penalty exposure and initiate solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across all functions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in Logistics and/or Customer Supply Chain or B.S. in Supply Chain/Business.
  • Passion for improving business results through collaboration and use of analytics
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effectively work in a team environment collaborating cross functionally across the end-to-end supply chain to drive improved business results

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Customer Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; Supply Chain, Business or General Studies.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Business Objects a plus
