Job Summary:

Drive sales growth within Large National Account Headquarters through fact-based selling, promoting our value position, and fostering trusted advisor/relationship-building. Execute targeted sales campaigns while collaborating with internal teams to develop effective strategies tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on opportunities for expansion.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solution Selling: Analyze data, identify, and propose fact-based comprehensive solutions that address unique customer demands, leveraging our broad product portfolio to maximize value, profitability, and growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate regular communication with key customer decision-makers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Portfolio Presentation: Work cross-functionally to understand and present our diverse range of products with a tailored value proposition to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
  • Market Insight: Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats, providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed to maximize sales performance.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships built on trust and reliability, serving as a trusted advisor to customer contacts and consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Travel as required.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in fact-based selling, preferably within a B2B environment and with large customer accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively articulate how our products can address those needs.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers at all levels.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
