Job Summary
Join our team as an Associate HR Business Partner, where you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and employee experience. This position acts as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees alike, delivering expert guidance and innovative HR solutions across diverse disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, rewards and recognition, HR analytics, compliance, and compensation. By partnering closely with leadership and team members, you will help create a workplace environment that supports organizational success, fosters employee engagement, and cultivates individual growth and development.
Primary Duties
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation for contributors and management.
- Provides guidance, expertise and support to managers on performance counseling, organization restructuring, and workforce analysis.
- Performs functional duties within HR including, but not limited to, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development to meet business objectives and support future business growth.
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Conducts research, analysis and reporting on market competitiveness and makes recommendations on best practices; Conducts job evaluations of new and revised positions.
- Implements processes to allow for ongoing and continuous recognition of our employees with a focus on the Company’s strategic initiatives and values.
- Acts as a subject matter expert and maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with leaders, and the HR Operations teams to develop improved solutions, programs and policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with limited supervision and under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be confident and able to handle difficult situations independently.
- Must be able to work with contributors at all levels of the organization.
- Must be proactive in working with Sr. Management.
- Team player who is proactive, motivated, innovative and results-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, case law, principles, and practices related to employee conduct, performance, and dispute resolution.
- Proficient in performance management concepts, principles, and practices related to planning, monitoring, rating, and rewarding employee performance.
- Knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and practices related to employee benefit and workers compensation programs.
- Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field; PHR is preferred.
- 3+ years HR generalist experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,100.00 to $90,400.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
