Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Operations Department in the day to day operations.   

Primary Duties

  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks including: 
  1. Running reports 
  2. Maintaining spreadsheets 
  3. Data entry 
  • Execute SAP transactions 
  • Provide frequent status updates to management 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate. Working knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred 
  • Ability to gain in depth understanding and application of SAP 
  • Understanding of SAP screens and functions preferred 
  • Ability to handle high volume of email and expedite, distribute and follow up. 
  • Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment 
  • Strong basic math skills needed 
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions 
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and demonstrate a sense of urgency 
  • Willingness to work overtime, as required 
  • Physical Requirement: Must be able to properly lift, pack, stack and wrap up 60 pounds on a regular basis 
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands to touch, grasp, handle and feel items. Noise level is usually moderate. Warehouse temperature may reach up to 90 degrees during the Summer months. 

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
