Job Summary

As a National Account Intern, you will work closely with the Sales Team to manage front room line reviews, and work collaboratively with Category Management & Business Insights to optimize new product placement. 

Primary Duties

  • Assist Sales with execution of back room line reviews including: Building FOGs, creating internal/external PPTs, presenting to the customer, and follow up activities post close
  • Assist in building GAP recommendations at SKU level with guidance from BI
  • Optimize sales by assisting in introducing new products and creating initial stocking suggestions for new items via collaboration with BI.
  • Facilitate monthly communication with customers on HERO SKU’s to achieve business goals
  • Lead team in competitive retail analysis
  • Organize and analyze performance metrics 
  • Run weekly internal and external account meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate 

Education / Experience

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • 3.0 GPA or higher in business, automotive technology, or a related field preferred 

The US base rate for this full-time position is 23.00/hr.  The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
