Job Summary
Join our team as a Manufacturing Operator II and contribute to the efficient production of high-quality products within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This full-time role is integral to our daily operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Primary Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment following established procedures to maintain consistent production flow.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve process issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any incidents or deviations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.
- Assist in training and mentoring new operators to foster a knowledgeable and capable workforce.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid production downtime.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality assurance, health, and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machinery operation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team and report issues clearly.
- Capability to identify and troubleshoot operational problems efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle manufacturing equipment safely.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when necessary.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Education / Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing operations or a related field is valuable. Training will be provided to support the development and mastery of role-specific skills.
