1st shift- Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

3rd shift- Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position are largely preventive maintenance, and repairs of mainline equipment that supports the shearing, forging, heat treating and assembly processes. Other responsibilities include maintenance of overhead doors, plumbing, lighting, hoists and parts handling systems. There is an emphasis in making improvements to the manufacturing processes and equipment to increase up-time and efficiency.

Required Experience / Skills

This position requires an individual, experienced in industrial maintenance capable of reading mechanical drawings and schematics is a plus! Must possess skills necessary to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on shears, punch presses, furnaces and various other types of equipment. Understanding and Familiarity on DC drives, AC frequency drives, programmable controllers and personal computer is necessary. Must have machine shop and welding / fabrication skills to perform repairs and make improvements to equipment.
