Job Summary
The Customer Experience Intern is a critical member of our Supply Chain team! Interns are given real work experiences that will support growth and learning. This internship will start late May 2026 and continue for 10-12 weeks. In this role, the ideal candidate will drive supply chain performance improvements from Dorman through to our customers’ customer. Acts as a liaison between the Customer replenishment organization, Dorman Supply Chain, and Sales to drive improvements in performance as measured by customer requirements.
Primary Duties
- Supports development and maturation of monthly CPFR process (Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment) for assigned customers to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and deliver value
- Learn and contribute to the setup process for new products in customer and Dorman systems to ensure flow of replenishment to drive incremental revenue
- Identify performance improvements through use of data and analytics
- Support and enhance customer relationships
- Identify gaps in service levels to limit potential fine or penalty exposure and initiate solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across all function
 
Qualifications
- Provides timely solutions to problems under the supervision of a Dorman mentor
- Relative coursework may be required
- Multi-tasking and appropriately prioritizing tasks to ensure meeting business line goals
Education / Experience
- Actively enrolled in a 4-year college/university undergraduate program in Supply Chain or other business-related degree
- Presently enrolled juniors or seniors in good academic standing (3.2 GPA or above) 
- Relative coursework may be required
