Job Summary
The Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics is an entry-level role designed to support the Supply Chain Analytics team in maintaining data integrity, executing SAP Winshuttle transactions, and developing foundational reporting tools. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets, collaborate across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Dorman’s supply chain operations.
Primary Duties
- Maintain and update supply chain master data using SAP and Winshuttle tools.
- Support the cleansing, validation, and structuring of operational and procurement data.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
- Document workflows and ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics requests and business initiatives.
- Participate in ad hoc analysis and reporting to support supply chain projects.
- Provide support for exception management and report usage training for business users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying data quality issues and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP and Winshuttle (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a data or analytics role (internship experience acceptable).
