Several years ago we developed our Strong Start Onboarding experience because we understand the frustration of being “thrown” into a new role and new Company with little information, guidance, or support. Therefore, the goal of our Strong Start program is to accelerate your ability to contribute more meaningfully and enable you to feel part of our Culture of Contribution much faster. In your first 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about your new Company including our Vision, Mission, Values and business strategies. You’ll interact with other new Contributors including our CEO and Dorman’s Leadership team. You’ll also have a dedicated Sponsor to answer your questions. Our goal is to help you put your best foot forward for the exciting challenges ahead by providing the resources and tools to feel confident about your future with Dorman.
