Job Summary

Parts Changers are responsible for removing glue, removing and replacing components using soldering, and inspection of boards.

Schedule: Friday to Sunday 6am to 6PM (will train on 1st shift)

Primary Duties

Learn & follow detailed work instructions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed below
Place boards in oven and complete forms – remove boards from oven per work instruction
Remove glue using a plastic digging tool
De-solder the leads of the capacitors
Remove the capacitor and glue not needed
Change all parts on parts change list by de-soldering off old parts and soldering new
Clean all leftover flux using alcohol or soft brush
Reassemble capacitors onto the boards
Snip all leads off and remove finished unit from fixture
Inspect board

Job Summary

The Area Sales Representative (ASR) supports sales by being the boots on the ground contributor who is the primary contact for all jobbers & technicians, and secondary contact to warehouse distributors and retailers within their area of responsibility. In order to best serve our customers in the assigned territory, this contributor should be centrally located within an area that typically spans multiple cities or states. Primary Duties

Inventory Optimization: The Sr Manager will be responsible for leading the inventory optimization team in developing and implementing the strategic inventory/slob initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for delivering current business plans and the long range financial glidepath for inventory optimization in the region. The Sr Manager will work cross functionally to assess and implement inventory optimization levers. The candidate will work along three pillars to support achieving inventory targets:

Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is the primary sales contact for all assigned warehouse distributors within their area of responsibility, and secondary contact for all assigned jobbers. In order to best serve our customers in the assigned territory this contributor should be centrally located within an area that typically spans multiple cities or states. This is a road warrior position that may require travel outside of the assigned area based on business needs. The region covered for this position will be- Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

Primary Duties

Drive sales, profitability and awareness of Dorman Products with mid-sized traditional customers, within the assigned territory, in support of business plan achievement.
In order to increase sales, wWork with current and potential customers to gain new distribution and optimize inventory/deployment within existing categories.
Maintain relationships with assigned accounts to make sure that Dorman's products are properly presented and promoted at each customer.
Maintain regular contact with customers and represent Dorman at customer events.
Occasionally assist with pull through support such as sales/counterperson training, market blitzes and changeovers.
Eyes and ears in the field and proactively communicate any competitive risks, opportunities and new product Ideas back to corporate.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High level of competency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter that thrives in remote office environment.
Fact based competitive selling experience and strong presentation skills.
Travel Requirement: Ability to travel 50% or more of the time, including weekend travel as needed.
Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 250 pounds.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to add to our team. This critical role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

Responsible for using nesting software to efficiently locate parts to be cut. Loading materials, sorting parts to proper jobs with all paperwork and prints to those jobs.
Ability to maintain equipment being used, consumable parts, cutters.
Ability to read prints, use measuring tools to check parts.
Detail oriented and ability to communicate problems and solutions to fellow team members.
Organization and cleaning skills is a must.
Ability to lift upwards of 70lbs.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates is a plus to have CNC machine experience. Excellent attendance and punctuality history is required. Must be self-started and need minimal supervision to complete work and meet production deadlines. The ability to effectively communicate with other departments is critical.

Education / Experience

Blueprint reading, knowledge of CNC equipment, ability to use measuring devices is required. Knowledge and understanding of our market is a plus.

Production Tig Welder (Madison, IN, US, 47250)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled TIG/ MIG welder/Fabricator. This role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

Minimum of one year of TIG welding experience for both steel and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications
Must be able to tack, distribute heat evenly with a clean bead.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
Required to pass a pre-employment weld test.
Operate press brake, CNC plasma, and tube bender.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards.
Produce metal fabricated parts to print specifications using allotted standard times and processes.
Knowledge of tube bending software and tube welding techniques is preferred.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

Driven, detail oriented, and have proven knowledge of operating fabrication equipment.
Must be able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter.
Blueprint reading skills are required.
Tube bending, and fitting skills are needed.
The ability to run various fabrication machine equipment is a plus.

Job Summary

The Senior Cloud Engineer is a senior-level, hands-on technical role responsible for the design, implementation, reliability, and continuous improvement of Dorman’s cloud infrastructure platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and secondary support for Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure and platform services, not application development. The Senior Cloud Engineer is an integral member of the infrastructure and data center teams and works closely with security, network, and application teams to ensure environments are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business priorities. The Senior Cloud Engineer operates within established architectural standards and platform direction, contributing deep technical expertise to support core infrastructure and select data or analytics workloads as needed.

This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite two days per week.

Primary Duties

Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure platforms primarily in AWS and secondarily in Azure, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security foundations.
Apply broad, working knowledge of both hyperscalers to guide service selection, platform patterns, and operational tradeoffs.
Own and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation; establish modular, reusable components and automated provisioning.
Automate policy enforcement, observability baselines, configuration management, and operational workflows to reduce drift and toil.
Establish platform SLAs/SLOs, capacity baselines, and monitoring; proactively address scaling and reliability risks.
Implement cost management and FinOps practices (tagging standards, rightsizing, commitments, budgets/alerts) with finance and technology leadership.
Enforce identity/access controls, network isolation/private connectivity, encryption, key management, and compliance in partnership with security.
Design and support infrastructure for AI/data platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, ML training/inference), ensuring performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Champion documentation, standards, runbooks, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

Strong AWS depth with working Azure knowledge.

Area Sales Representative - Minneappolis Market/Central Northern Wisconsin (US)

Job Summary

The Area Sales Representative (ASR) is a direct, customer-facing role responsible for supporting internal and external customers with exceptional customer service and product support. The ASR combines customer engagement, product knowledge, and hands-on operational work. This includes on-site product changeovers at various customer locations. This is a field-based role; the ideal candidate must reside (or be willing to relocate) in the greater Minneapolis area or Central/Northern Wisconsin. The ability to travel, including overnight stays, will be required and is driven by customer support needs. This role is a road-warrior position and may occasionally require travel outside the assigned area based on business needs.

Primary Duties

Drive sales, profitability and awareness of Dorman Products through distribution, in support of the area business plan achievement.
Drive brand & product awareness across all levels of distribution in order to increase sales.
Support of trade show representation, customer sales/counter person training, jobber/technician visits, changeover assistance and more.
Lead customer product changeovers end-to-end, including planning, onsite execution (pulling/replacing product, shelf/tag updates), verification, and post-changeover reporting.
