Perform root cause analysis on all process and audit failures.  Follow up on Corrective Action and Preventive Action tasks. Perform process audits and document procedures.

 

 Primary Duties:

·  Research, report, root cause discrepancies including customer compliance

·  Participate in Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Kaizen events

·  Analyze process failures and recommend corrective actions

·  Perform a variety of process/procedural audits

 Key Accountabilities:

·  Create and update procedure documents and associated audio and visual aids

·  Use of QAD and SAP; prepare and comprehend QAD and SAP reports

·  Use radio frequency device and computers to create spreadsheets or documents and analyze data

·  Use of video editing and Microsoft Office software

·  Participate in department meetings and projects

·  Operate within standard operating procedures  

·  Maintain neat, clean and well-organized work area

·  Timely and regular attendance

Requirements:

·  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·  Excellent demonstrated math proficiency

·  Excellent demonstrated problem-solving skills

·  Self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive

·  Ability to identify and close process gaps

·  Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to identify and resolve problems and develop solutions

·  Good performance, accuracy, and safety records  no active warnings in file

·  Adhere to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines

·  Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

·  Working knowledge of QAD system preferred; ability & willingness to be trained to proficiency

·  Proficiency Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook; familiarity with Access

·  Proficient in time management, planning, and forward thinking

·  Ability to assist in projects for process improvement

·  Interpersonal skills that are positive, resolve conflict, remain calm, and maintain confidentiality

·  Work with minimal supervision with demonstrated ability to follow written/verbal instructions

·  Must be proficient in keyboarding (typing) with emphasis in accuracy

·  Follow and promote company policies and procedures

·  Ability to multi-task and utilize time-management skills to ensure efficient use of time appropriate prioritization of duties.

·  Ethical behavior including working with integrity, treating others with respect, promote an environment of diversity and courtesy and uphold organizational values.

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Willing to work overtime as required

Physical Requirements:  Capability to lift 45 pounds. Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen.  Noise level is usually moderate.
