Summer Internship Details

For 10-12 weeks you will perform and participate in business related projects that are meaningful and relevant to Dorman’s strategy. We want our interns to recommend business changes and offer details that prove and/or validate variables such as ROI, research, and data integrity/collection. You will present and share your recommendations to senior leadership.


Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Update and create reports in various systems to help drive better analysis for Dorman Products
  • Participate in daily/weekly meetings
  • Provide insight into current projects - create efficiency
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required
    • Share ideas and provide insight from people interactions and business analysis
  • Communicate effectively with business leaders regarding assigned project details
    • Able to share findings concisely with leaders

Role Essentials

  • Pursuing a Degree in Relevant field of study and applicable course completion ins specific discipline
  • Possess strong quantitative skills and a high level of comfort working with data
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal relationship, team building, collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP is helpful
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
