We're seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer to join our growing team at our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA). This is a hybrid role, in the office Monday through Thursday, with the opportunity to work from home on Friday. Qualifications / Education / Experience
-
BS degree in an engineering discipline with experience working on product/process projects preferably within a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated experience supporting root cause analysis/problem solving: 8D, 3x5Y, Shainin DOE

Working knowledge of product qualification testing, inspection tools & equipment, supplier quality activities

Demonstrated ability to work on cross–functional teams
-
Ability to lead projects in a flexible and fast-paced work environment

Demonstrated excellent written & oral communication skills
-
Effective project management skill
Additional Preferences
-
Experience working with IATF 16949 and/or ISO9001 quality management systems

Current certification or pursuit of an ASQ certification or equivalent
-
Experience reviewing Supplier audit reports and forming corrective action plans
