Process Control Analyst

Job Summary:
Document procedures and perform process audits. Perform root cause analysis on process and audit failures. Monitor corrective and preventative action tasks.


Primary Duties:

  • Compile standard operating procedure instructions
  • Identify process weaknesses and control methods
  • Perform a variety of process/procedural audits
  • Analyze process failures and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate and conduct contributor SOP training
  • Participate in Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Kaizen events
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Create and update procedure documents, and associated audio and visual aids
  • Use computers to create documents or spreadsheets and analyze data
  • Utilize Acadia Performance Platform to produce SOP documents, record audits and contributor training
  • Use Microsoft Office and video editing software
  • Participate in department meetings and projects
  • Follow and promote company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
  • Maintain neat, clean and organized work area
  • Timely and regular attendance


  • Excellent English speaking, reading and writing communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook); familiarity with Access
  • Must be capable in keyboarding (typing) with emphasis on accuracy
  • Proficient in analyzing, problem solving, and making decisions to identify and develop solutions to problems
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive
  • Proficient in time management, planning, and forward thinking; ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Positive interpersonal skills, maintaining calmness and confidentiality in challenging situations
  • Ability to work with integrity, respect others, promote an environment of diversity and courtesy
  • Strives for continuous self-improvement
  • Willing to work overtime as required
  • Physical Requirement: Minimal lifting required
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands to touch, grasp, handle and feel items. Noise level is usually moderate.

  • High school diploma or GED
